Nestled in the pristine valleys of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Janak Orchards has been nurturing some of the region’s finest apples for generations. What began as a family passion has now blossomed into a legacy, proudly carried forward by the third generation of orchard keepers.

Spread across acres of terraced hillsides, our orchards thrive in the cool mountain air and mineral‑rich soil, creating the perfect environment for crisp, flavourful apples. Uniquely, our farms are located at three different altitude levels, and this natural variation gives rise to apples with distinct flavours, colours, and textures—each harvest offering a delightful spectrum of taste experiences.

Located at an elevation of 7,500 ft in the Badhal Valley of Jubbal, H.P. Orchard, Shoba is a family‑run operation known for producing apples of exceptional sweetness and texture. Nestled high in the Shimla hills, our orchards thrive under the crisp Himalayan air and abundant sunshine, allowing each apple to ripen naturally and develop its signature flavour.
